The interviewers put at ease straight away and although there were a lot of generic HR questions to get through the interview was a relaxed flowing conversation. The questions were searching and interesting, but sometimes difficult to recollect specific examples on matters that relate to the day to day routine of the role. Having the second interview was a useful opportunity to build on the rapport with each to ensure that the role was right for both parties
