Barrick seems to me a small company with a lot of cash. well at least it use to have cash. even the standard are good and it is a responsible mining company , seems thay they couldnt keep pace with its enormous growth product of several M&A. So there is plenty of work to do to put in track at the line they wanted to be. The process was no difficult i would say standard for a mining company. the first interview was only with human resources: psicological test and personal questions, the second was with the manager and for moments it was easy and some difficult questions.
