First they scheduled an interview. Then they sent me a rejection letter. They still called me for the phone interview. I was a bit confused. Especially since the phone call lasted maybe 3 minutes. Recruiting process seems a bit discombobulated. It would be better if they didn't even waste my time with the texts and emails and interview only to dismiss it all so quickly. Definitely would make me wary of moving forward with this company.

The interview process with the HR department of Bar Taco was a pleasant one. All of whom I spoke with were very kind, and also very organized. The energy level is very positive there, and it seemed like a good atmosphere to work in.
