It was very quick and simple. I just talked about myself and past job experience. I spoke with both managers and talked about my availability. The next day I got called in to start the training process.

The interview was scheduled the week after I applied for the job. When I got to the restaurant, it was a total of 5 minutes. Extremely straight forward. It didn't really feel like anyone was excited about the process. Understandable, but just wasn't a great first impression.
