If you have the license present you will most likely be hired if there are no other candidates before or after you.
if you do not have a license present, then you will not be able to work at the pharmacy right away since you cannot enter to the pharmacy. Then it is mostly likely that you won't get a job

Colloquio
After applying online, I received a phone call from the pharmacy manager and we scheduled a time on the weekend for the interview. The interview was rather informal, one on one with the pharmacy manager and afterward he showed me around the pharmacy. I received a phone call about next steps on the Monday after the interview.
Phone call to schedule interview and met in person. Went over resume and contacted within a week of applying and attending interview. The entire process was over the span on two weeks.
