I worked on their Design Assessment, canceled important conflicting appointments and invested long days preparing for the first interview call, because I really needed the job. All of that to receive an email only 3 hours ahead the interview call canceling it. I am deeply disappointed about how they have handled this process because I truly believed in the company and in this opportunity. Their actions make me think that the BaseCase team is actually just using the hiring process to receive design proposals for their internal design challenges, as the GlassDoor reviewers claim.
