The selection processes consisted of 3 phases 1) a general interview with a recruiter 2) an interview on a video call with two major managers 3) a real interview with 4 ppl of the company including the product manager human microbiota and account manager. In this phase, I had to give a presentation describing my expertise in the microbiota field.
