Basicly I needed a job with healthcare benefits. At the time Bashas offered healthcare benefits to part time workers in the deli. I went to the front end customer service desk and asked if they were hiring. They said check with the deli. I went over to the deli and asked to speak to the manager. She told me she was not hiring. I got her name and called her back in a few days. We chatted for awhile and I told her she wanted to hire me, we both laughed. A week latter I called her back and again told her I would make her life easier and she should hire me. She finally said I should come in and fill out an app. I started the next week at 20 hours a week. About a year later she made me ft and her lead clerk.

I applied yesterday on their company website. I received a call back right away, the very same day. today i had an interview and was hired. I found this to be a relatively easy application and interview process
