I was initially contacted by a staffing agency, but applied through employee referral after a month of waiting to hear back from the staffing agency. I submitted my resume through email and on the company website. Initially I received a phone call where we reviewed my experience and I was informed I they would be in touch for an interview in office which took approximately a week. The in person interview was slightly informal and we reviewed my experience and qualifications as well as the company’s needs. The company seems like a good place to work with excellent sr staff to help mentor those who need it. Benefits and compensation are below average for the industry and outside experience is not highly valued within the company.
