The interview process was very thorough. Centro prides themselves on the people who walk through their doors more than any other company I have worked at previously. I had around 8 interviews, probably 3-4 with the hiring manager. He was very communicative through the process. The interview was delayed for a couple months at one point but they made sure to keep me in the loop as to why.
