Board style where you sit in front of 5 people and they randomly ask questions most of which do not pertain to the actually job or job functions. They are very intimidating and can make you feel very uncomfortable.

Back ground check, individual board interview with multiple people, psychology & aptitude, and basic skills testing on paper with hours to complete , physical test on a row machine, drug test, interview with psychologist to review test answers.
