I walked the store and one of the sales associate invited me for an interview. It was early in the morning, we were about 20 people.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
