I turned in my application and asked if they were hiring. They were, so they set me up with an interview. I went in for the interview, it was me, the manager and one associate. She asked basic questions, like why should I get hired there, etc.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
