The whole process was pretty simple and very easy. Walked in to apply and I got a call from the manager to go in for an interview a week later. It was a group interview with about 6 girls. The interview questions were What are your past experiences? How did you handle a difficult customer? Then she asked us to go into the store and bring back our most favorite product and explain why did you pick it? After the interview, She let us walk around the store pretending to be a sale associate and try to approach a customer. I was lucky that I helped a customer with hand soap and she did purchase like 6 of them because of me. The manager was very impressed. I got a phone call a couple days later and let me know that I got the job. Apparently I was the only girl who got the job in my group. Everyone else was just walking around didn't even talk to any customers. Make sure you try to talk during group interview and dont be shy to go talk to a customer during role play because that what make you stand out from the others.
