I dropped off my application and resume to the store and 5 minutes later they called and set up an interview. A week later I went into an interview with another girl applying for the job and the store manager. She was very friendly, she asked basic questions like why Bath and Body works and previous work history.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
