They called me about a week after I submitted an application and asked to set up an interview. After the interview was set up, I went to the interview. They asked why did you want to work for the company, tell me about yourself and what position would I be interested in. After that, I was offered a position, talked about pay, hours and benefits. We then set up when I would start and then was told about how I would get an email to fill out paperwork later that day.
