You apply in stores and the easiest way to get hired is late October during holiday season. Interviews are very informal. The store manager or co-manager makes you feel comfortable and usually lets you do most of the talking. If you get a call back, you get the job. If you do not get a call back, move on. They know within the first few minutes of meeting you if you are right for this job.
