Super easy, manger was nice and easy going. She hired me on the spot. She didn’t ask me too much questions, we mainly talked about how things are done here and my strengths and weaknesses. She believed in me and gave me a chance when I had no experience. They kept me from seasonal to associate part time.

Group interview. They asked us our availability, and to tell them something about us. There were 3 of us, and the whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. 2-3 questions and in the end we needed to "sell" to one of the interviewers one of the products they had to choose from.

Involved group interview, asking a lot of scenario based questions and how to build a genuine connection with customers. There were times were the interviewer would act as the customer and you would be tested on what to do.
