Applied in the store, received a phone call a few days later to schedule an interview. The interview was a group interview of about five candidates. Several questions were asked and I heard back from the Co Manger about a week later. I accepted the position and remained with the company for 3+ years.

Group interview. They asked us our availability, and to tell them something about us. There were 3 of us, and the whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. 2-3 questions and in the end we needed to "sell" to one of the interviewers one of the products they had to choose from.

Involved group interview, asking a lot of scenario based questions and how to build a genuine connection with customers. There were times were the interviewer would act as the customer and you would be tested on what to do.
