It was a group interview. We were all hired on the spot. It honestly felt redundant, as the interview and the questions were easy. They made us fill out paperwork afterwards and watch a pointless video.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).
