Interview was rather basic and to the point. Know how to answer about your strengths, weaknesses, and etc. There were also so behavioral interview questions like, "What would you do if a customer is stealing." and "Tell me about a time you didn't get along with someone in your group." Also have some PK (product knowledge)! They are going to ask you to grab a product and try to sell it to them. There's a list of ingredients on the back. I chose stress relief bubble bath and related it to the fact that I'm a student and get stressed.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
