The interview was very relaxed. I was interviewed with 3 other girls that were off for summer-break. We sat in a semi-circle in the cramped back-room and the manager just asked us simple questions about college, past work experience, and why we chose that store to apply to.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
