Interview process was fairly easy. Had a 15 min interview over the phone, and then face to face at the mall. Later that day I received a call from them asking if I’m still interested, I had to then sign the employment contract and inform them.

Tell me about a time where you to had to work with someone else and solve a problem.
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
