walked into a store and got a paper application (which is no longer done) turned it into the manager, they called me back about 5 days later and called me in for an interview at there main office, went to the main office the owner of the franchise the 7 stores had a one on one interview with me, expect to play a game of 20 questions. the owner Steve will judge you and try and cold read your personality, really gave off a creepy vibe, he will ask you to quit your last place of employment without giving 2 weeks notice, and has no moral framework at all.
