Baxter scheduled an interview within a couple days of submitting an application. The interview was with a small panel, asking mostly about my work experience. The staff seemed cordial and conversational during the interview. They provided a timeline for making hiring decisions as I was leaving and said they would be in contact either way. The deadline given came and went, but received no response from a follow-up email (their preferred method of contact). In other words, they ghosted me after my interview!
