I was contacted by a headhunter and after the initial screening, I had a total of 6 interviews at local and regional level. Straight away I got a good feel for the company. The atmosphere was friendly, the interviews were straight forward, no tricky questions and those I met really shared their enthusiasm for the company. I immediately felt that this was a company I could work for. From the initial contact to final offer, the process lasted almost 3 months' due to unavailability of certain people I had to meet. The final negotiation regarding the package took about 2 weeks and the recruitment consultant dud the go between. After several years in the company, I can confirm that what I saw and felt during the interview process was what I got. No bad surprises -a friendly, positive atmosphere to work in.
