The process took a LONG time. Things move at a snails pace. Any timeline will be pushed back... I would suggest being flexible. Baxter is a company that wants people to move up and inside the HQ. Show determination, drive, and you are good to go. Do not stay in one position too long-- don't stay in your postion over 4 years.
