The interview process consisted of four rounds of phone interviews with various members of HR and Marketing that took place over the span of approximately two months. There were some moments where I did not think I was moving forward, but in the end I did.

Colloquio
The initial contact was from an HR person describing the position. The next contact was with the hiring manager via telephone asking me the standard questions ie why was I looking for a job, strenghts, weaknessest ect. the folloing week I did a telephone meeting with the the person he was reporting directly to-tough interview with many questions regarding strategy and tactical plans.
