hiring was ok Interview process with HR, Managing Director and Marketing Manager Interviewing was not professional - easy to simulate and play with expectations But from the other hand company takes action to cross-check on previous job places recommendations and references

The hiring process was organised with support from an independent consultant. It was an assessment centre with practical problems. I answered a questionnaire well known in managers' evaluation (DISC). The duration of the process was at least of 6 hours. At the interview were present the Pharmaceutical Division Head and the CEE Regional Manager.
