Phone Interview beforehand. On the actual interview day it is followed by Group case studies, Individual interview, Case Study, and a nice lunch with the colleges there.
Despite most colleges there are very nice, I got lots of very bad experiences from the HRs in Bayer Inhouse Consulting. Truly disappointed.

Kurze, allgemeine Infosession gefolgt von einem personal-fit Interview inklusive Selbstpräsentation, Rollenspiel eines Dialoges und ein Case Interview.
Insgesamt knapp vier Stunden. Der Interviewtag wurde aufgrund von Corona online abgehalten. Zwischen den Interviewrunden gab es kleine Pausen.
