Applied online, received an email saying they'd be in touch for an interview, about a week later they called me and had an informal phone interview, asked about previous work I'd done (They obviously had my resume in front of them during our conversation), asked some questions about what I wanted in my career, what my expectations for my manager were like. At the end of the phone interview he invited me to come out to the research farm location in the morning, for an informal, relaxed interview. The in-person interview was much like the phone one, no trick questions, just asked about who I was and continued describing what the position was like.
