You had to do a phone interview, in person interview, and a test. The test was time consuming, but was on the easier side. The in person interview is with two different panels.

Explain a situation in which you had an upset customer. What was the situation and how did you make it better
Very straightforward behavioral based questions. Mostly would like to know how you handle your workload. The interview was one day only prior to that there was an HR call to review my background.
