Short online test, followed by an interview day with three interviews (Biographical, Colleague Dialogue, Case). The colleague dialogue is supposed to simulate a stressful situation with a coworker/boss. The Case was a marketing problem related to the Bayer Crop Science Business in India and was less calculation based.
