Panel Interview with Behavioral Questions…Tell me about a time you….Questions were prepared by panel and each member read the question. Interview was one hour in duration. Panel strived to make interviewee comfortable and relaxed. No feedback given in interview but follow up process explained in detail as to what to expect next.
