2 hours. question and answer session followed by scientific presentation on a clinical trial relevant to therapeutic area of interview. Power point presentation followed by questions related to trial. Questions were tough but fair.
Thorough with a ppt round followed by questions regarding the disease and molecule. In the ppt, one has to prepare it on the basis of an article provided as well as google research. There may also be a few HR questions.

Quick, thorough, all participants were kind and professional. Effective. First met with HR, then one in one with hiring manager, then full panel interview. Asked appropriate questions. Required a 20 minute presentation

There was no as such problem.
One thing they can improve is to give interview results and feedback on time.
