Online application , then an initial 30 min interview from HR . After comes assessment center through a company partners, with some group exercises and case simulation. At end a short presentation with committee.
There were two rounds of interviews. The first interview was onlyne with a HR company, a general get to know interview. The second was with the positions manager and more position specific.
