It was not difficult. The typical scientific presentation and behavioral based questions to gauge your fit with the company culture. They were very slow compared to other big pharma companies with the complete interview process as typically it should take ~ 1 month and it took longer.
Thorough with a ppt round followed by questions regarding the disease and molecule. In the ppt, one has to prepare it on the basis of an article provided as well as google research. There may also be a few HR questions.

Quick, thorough, all participants were kind and professional. Effective. First met with HR, then one in one with hiring manager, then full panel interview. Asked appropriate questions. Required a 20 minute presentation

One thing they can improve is to give interview results and feedback on time.
