I got respond three months after I applied online.
An HR contacted me through phone and scheduled a phone interview for me with three statisticians. They asked several basic clinical trail questions and very detailed questions about the projects I have done. It was my first interview with pharmaceutical companies. I was very nervous and did not prepare well for the resume questions.

They asked me general questions. Although it seemed simple and general, answering these could show your uniqueness. Even if they did not ask me about specific knowledge, I at least should be able to introduce my research fields.
