Phone screening and a week later an in person interview. The interview was alright, the managers and job seemed really cool. I just found it incredibly unprofessional that they offered to give me feedback about what worked/didn't and when I asked for it did not get any replies.

The process started with an HR interview. After a few weeks (!!) They scheduled a couple of interview sessions with the hiring team which included one take home test. The total process time appeared to be too long.

HR is very junior does not have much knowledge. The HR representatives that do have experience just use a checklist to filter candidates and don't understand value of experience. I wouldn't recommend applying. They also ghost candidates and are not very good at following up.

Great, simple, no tech questions, just why i applied, why baylis and my future plans. two interviews total one phone screen and one "panel" with two engineers. i thought the panel was awkward a bit but i still ended up getting an offer
