It was the worst interview ever. I applied for several Baylor locations and the manager was privy to that interview. The interview was going well until she raised her voice and accused me, "you're going to leave me aren't you? Don't think I'm going to hire you and teach you and have you leave in six months to a year!". The other people interviewing me were just as startled as well. The manager did not use the Baylor queations and instead used ones from her hospital back in Georgia (hospital name displayed on front of her packet)
