The interview was through a teams meeting. There were 3 people on the call. They asked mostly behavioral and situational questions. We discussed the different units hiring and what they were looking for. Very friendly.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
