No one gave me instructions as to where the interview would be or how to get there. It turned out to be at the very top of a 3 story cliffside building and I have bad knees. It didn't appear that anyone had read my resume. The lead person was an HR employee who was young and inexperienced. The clinical director did not take the lead in the interview process. The follow up consisted of a phone message asking me what my availability was. Did that mean they were offering me a job? I wasn't interested. It was obvious I wouldn't fit in with their young staff and I'm physically unable to go on a vertical hike just to get to work.
