I have been contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin.
3 phone interviews of 30 minutes each followed (2 recruiters, 1 with the manager)
Then, I had 2 hours interviews with 4 different people in relation with the position
Finally I had a 1 hour role playing exercise as part of the final interview stage.
All interviewers were very friendly, the overall experience was very positive.

If someone has had an interview with yourselves and receives an email saying someone will be in touch to confirm if you were successful or not, at least have the decency to do this. I’ve emailed twice but no response so far. This is extremely unprofessional. Very poor recruitment process.

The recruiting process had a first HR interview, a phone interview with the hiring manager, a 2 hours interview with 4 different people (the hiring manager, 2 team members and a person from another team. Half an hour each) and a final presentation/role play with the same people you met in the previous session.
I found the process quite interesting and fun. BV helps you during all the steps and they are very flexible to adapt to your schedules.
Everyone was very accessible and kind, and they gift all the participants that go to their offices with a voucher for a coffee in Starbucks.
I honestly believe that is one of the most honest, engaging and clear recruiting process that I have seen so far.
