I applied online and received a phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter called a few minutes late. The audio was extremely difficult to hear and I had to ask them to repeat things many times. The recruiter said they were using their computer audio and it didn't work very well. I'm not sure how you can be a recruiter and not have proper audio set up. The recruiter did not seem engaged and it felt very scripted. A few days later I received an email that I would not be moving forward in the process. I wanted to reply to thank the recruiter for their time anyway, but it was a no-reply email address.

Recruiter called me without notice or setting up time for a scheduled phone screen. I mentioned that I wasn't able to talk when he called me and asked if we could set up time the following day. He told me "No, I need to talk to you today". I moved my work schedule around so we could talk later that afternoon, but he never called. I texted the recruiter to see if we were still connecting. He called me that afternoon and we had a high level chat about my experience and Bazaarvoice. He told me that I was a great fit and wanted to push me along in the process. He told me to expect an email from him asking for my availably to speak with the Hiring Manger and more details about the position and company. I never received anything.
