There were two parts to the interview process. The first being a general question about yourself check. I did that with and it was awful. The lady had dogs barking in the background and I could barely hear myself talk. She said that someone would contact me for the next interview and no one ever did.

I had an unprofessional experience with Bazaarvoice’s recruiter. After expressing interest in my profile, the HR mentioned they would schedule the interview but never followed up. Despite multiple polite reminders and calls, there was no response or update. Being ignored without any communication reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. I hope the company improves its hiring communication and professionalism in the future.
