First interview is about 45 minutes, and if you do well, you are advanced to a second interview with the district manager. They are big on core values and making sure you are aware the job consists of commission.

The interview process was fairly simple. The people interviewing me were down to earth, relatable, and made the experience less nerve wracking. They ask you simple scenario questions and questions about your experience in sales. Overall, I would say the interview process was great.
