I was contacted a day or two after submitting my application. After a screening call with HR, I interviewed with the hiring manager. About three weeks later, I interviewed with several other employees in the group. It's been about a month since the last interview with no communication. I was very excited about the role and a little disappointed that I was "ghosted" after the last interview. I know people are busy, but it would be nice if candidates weren't left hanging. It's not always easy to accommodate interview schedules when you're currently working; hearing back after the final interview would show that your time was appreciated and your candidacy was taken seriously. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and all interviews were conversational. Since it's been a while and I haven't heard back, I assume an offer will not be made.

Horrible process. No feedback, no callbacks, poor interviewing. I highly suggest management look into this process because it turned me off so much that I wouldn’t work there if you paid me double. Oh and btw - I am not a bitter, rejected candidate. I’ve left other reviews for companies where I wasn’t hired but this is the first negative one I’ve written. Good riddance!
