Wonderful people who are clearly passionate about the work they do and where the team is headed. Met with four team members and Stacey Gibilisco from HR. I was given information on the company's history and mission, the future outlook and overview of who players are within the team and I was also given a comprehensive overview of benefits, compensation structure, and expectations around timeline for onboarding should I receive and accept an offer. From top to bottom, this was a great experience for me and I'm eager to join the team.

Received a call from a recruiter who ran me through questions my background, work history and why I think I would be a fit for the position. After the initial phone screen it was a few weeks then was contacted by a top manager of the department. We had a long phone discussion of close to 1.5 hours talking about the industry, the role, my fit and my experiences. I questioned a lot about the company and culture and what to expect from the role for the year. I had an additional 30 minute call the following week. Two weeks later was flown in for an interview, had in person 1:1 and video chat interviews with 10 people that went all day. Interviews with people form all departments that I would interact with that just wanted to get to know me better and how we would be working together. After interview in person, took 3 weeks to hear back I didn't get the role, was lacking in one key experience area for Sr. Manager so not upset over it. Great team and company, maybe another time.
