The interview process was very long and included 3 separate parts, a phone call, an hour long zoom and an in person interactive interview. They lead you to believe it will be much better than it is.

They wanted to confirm my level of education, whether I had a driver's license and my COVID vaccination status. Once I had confirmed, we arranged an interview via ZOOM. The recruiter was easygoing and personable. I loved that she also does the work that she is recruiting for. It was evident that she loved her job. She described a typical in home session and a typical day. She reviewed the organization and its mission, and discussed benefits and considerations of the position. After that she provided me an opportunity to go to a family's home to see the services for myself. The next day, I received a verbal offer and instructions on the paperwork I would need to submit (CORI form, driver's license, vaccination documentation, etc). .
