I had a phone interview with HR that lasted about 40 minutes. I applied through social media, and after reviewing my application, they quickly reached out to schedule the interview.

The interviewer asked about my experience and skills and emphasized that this position is heavily Python-based. They also mentioned that all new employees are required to complete an 8-week, full-day, project-based online training. However, we didn’t proceed further because I’m still pursuing my degree, and committing to the training would make it difficult for me to graduate on time
HR phone call talking about my experience, skill sets, reason why I left previous job, etc. All are about basic questions about my relevant skills and experience. After the call, HR is very responsive to answer my questions.
